GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

The following are the terms and conditions of sale (“Conditions of Sale”) of Logica H&S SRL, with registered office in Pavia di Udine (UD) 33050, Via Jacopo Stellini 10, Italy

For the purposes of this document, the term ("Use") groups together all the operations carried out by the User from the moment of accessing the Site, including simple consultation, whatever the access device (PC, tablet or smartphone), the type of connection (private, third party, public or WI-FI) and the location of the connection.
 
Use of the Site is subject to compliance with these general conditions ("General Conditions"): we invite you to read them carefully before using the Site or ordering products ("Products") or services ("Services") on the Site itself . The Site is reserved for adults and minors under the age of eighteen authorized by their parent or guardian.

All contents of the Site (information, logos, graphic elements, sounds, images, trademarks and anything else published and/or reproduced) are the property of Logica H&S or have been inserted and/or used with license/consent of the relevant owner.
It is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit or disseminate the contents of this Site without authorization, even partially; Unauthorized use may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, patent and other applicable laws.
Logica H&S and the Logica H&S logo are proprietary trademarks. The use of these trademarks is subject to explicit permission or licensing by Logica H&S. Unauthorized use of these or other Logica H&S trademarks will be prosecuted according to current regulatory laws.
It is also forbidden to copy the software that determines the functioning of the Site or to trace and/or use the source code of the aforementioned programs. Responsibilities of Logica H&S

Logica H&S may temporarily interrupt access to the Site due to force majeure, technical reasons, failure by users to comply with any of the obligations set out in these General Conditions or by imposition of any competent authority: no refund and/or direct and/or indirect compensation will be due to you for this reason.
Logica H&S will under no circumstances be responsible for:

  • any information consulted on the site that is not published by Logica H&S;

  • any network malfunctions that do not allow the Site to function correctly;

  • any data loss;

  • any software malfunctions;

  • any consequences deriving from computer viruses, bugs, anomalies or malfunctions;

  • any damage caused to the PC/tablet/smartphone.

 

User Responsibilities
By using the site you agree to release Logica H&S from any liability and to hold it harmless from any direct or indirect damage, cost and burden arising from:

  • complaint from third parties regarding content deposited in their name, in particular for the violation of rights on the content published on the Site;

  • any activity related to participation on the Site contrary to these General Conditions;

  • violation of these General Conditions.

Any hypertext links (links) to other sites are provided in the interest of users. Logica H&S does not exercise any control over external sites or their contents and cannot therefore be held responsible for what is published on such sites and for the use that third parties may make of them, also with regard to any damage caused or originated during access to such sites, of interconnection with them or of downloading their content.
