SCADA software designed for Helios 2
WoodWizard2 is a SCADA software (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) specifically designed for Helios 2 controllers and communication with Kiln-Bus devices.
It is the ideal solution for plants with multiple kilns, allowing real-time monitoring and centralized control of all processes from a single workstation.
The software allows full control and programming of all drying kilns, generates process charts, and records events, alarms and operator actions in detail.
When used with compatible controllers and/or external acquisition modules, it also enables the generation of heat treatment certificates in compliance with ISPM15 regulations.
Measurements are performed using alternating current, ensuring high stability even with high-moisture-content material.
