Professional system for measuring relative humidity in concrete floor slabs using the in-situ RH method according to ASTM F2170.
The separate RH sensor and connection cable allow measurement points to be prepared in advance, reducing stabilization time.
The 2026 version of the Concrete Moisture Measurement Kit has been completely redesigned to make the relative humidity measurement procedure in concrete floor slabs even more practical and efficient.
The system is designed to perform measurements using the in-situ RH method in accordance with ASTM F2170, which is used to determine the relative humidity inside concrete floor slabs.
The new configuration introduces a separation between the RH sensor and the connection cable.
This allows sensors to be inserted directly into the sleeves installed in the concrete and left to stabilize for the time required by the standard (72 hours).Once equilibrium has been reached, the sensor can be connected to the instrument using the cable to perform the measurement, and then removed and reused at other measurement points.
To meet different operational needs, the system is available in two configurations:
- C002247 β Standard Kit: ideal configuration for standard applications with a limited number of measurement points.
- C003499 β Pro Kit: The Pro version includes a higher number of RH sensors, allowing multiple measurement points to be prepared simultaneously and significantly reducing the total verification time.
