Calibration Report for TestBox and Moisture Meters

Calibration is performed exclusively on:

• instruments purchased through our store (TestBox or MoisTrue meter), by selecting the service during checkout
• the instruments listed above (and LG43*) already owned by the customer, which must be sent to our headquarters for verification

The calibration report is always linked to the specific instrument verified and its serial number.

It is therefore not possible to request a report without the instrument actually being verified.

 

 *Verification is also available for LG43 meters already purchased, even though the model is discontinued and has been replaced by MoisTrue.

 Verification is performed on resistance samples checked with a LAT-certified primary instrument.

The calibration report can be requested in two ways:

 

1. Purchase of a new Pin-Type moisture meter

Purchase a TestBox or MoisTrue from our store

Select the calibration service during checkout

The instrument will be verified before shipment

 

2. Instrument already in your possession

• Purchase the calibration service
•  Ship only the instrument (preferably without the complete box), indicating on the package or in the shipping notes “Calibration Report + Order No. xxxxx” to the following address:

• Once received, the verification will be performed and the instrument will be returned with the corresponding calibration report

 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and include the return of the instrument to the address provided during the order process or to any other address that may be communicated.
