Phytosanitary wood treatment under the ISPM-15 standard demands maximum operational continuity and strict compliance with process parameters. Improper temperature drops or sensor reading anomalies compromise lot compliance, forcing cycle repetitions that result in operational delays and increased energy costs.
SmartHT 2.0 is the software solution developed by Logica H&S for monitoring and controlling heat treatment chambers. The system enables the simultaneous management of up to 10 drying kilns*, optimizes heat delivery inside the chamber, and sends real-time status and alarm notifications to mobile devices*.
Centralized Multi-Kiln Management
Allows monitoring and operation of up to 10* drying kilns from a single workstation, eliminating the need for dedicated PC stations for each individual chamber. The operator can switch between plants via a single centralized interface.
Thermal Control Algorithm and Prevention of Cycle Interruptions
The control algorithm optimizes the heating curve according to the chamber's thermal response, delivering strictly required power and preventing consumption peaks. By ensuring the constant maintenance of the critical 56 °C wood core threshold, the system prevents timer resets, reducing cycle times.
Remote Notifications and Alarms
SmartHT 2.0 transmits automatic alerts via Email or Telegram upon reaching key process milestones (cycle start, HT treatment completion) or system anomalies*.
ISPM-15 Report Generation and Data Archiving
At the end of the process, the software automatically generates PDF treatment certificates compliant with requirements defined by local regulations. The integrated archiving system guarantees traceability and rapid consultation of past performed cycles.
Advanced Flexibility and Connectivity
Corporate LAN and Wi-Fi Network Integration
SmartHT 2.0 is designed for integration into the existing network infrastructure. Beyond dedicated RS485 serial connections, the software supports communication with acquisition units via corporate local LAN or Wi-Fi networks*.
Probe Configuration and Graphical Monitoring
The system manages up to 16 temperature probes per chamber (divided between air/ambient and wood core). High-resolution interactive graphics enable temporal thermal curve analysis by isolating or comparing individual probes, with native support for PT1000 sensors*.
Flexible Load Data Management and Traceability
Maximum operational flexibility: post-cycle, operators can update batch information (lot number, quantity, client, wood species, and notes) before final report printing without altering recorded temperature data integrity.

Scope of Supply
Kits are supplied complete with hardware modules for proper plant interfacing. All listed kits include the FREE version software license as standard. Should you wish to access the advanced capabilities of the FULL version (multi-kiln management, remote notifications, and LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity), an additional quote will be provided upon request; the composition of the supplied hardware remains the same (any RS485-Ethernet or RS485-WiFi adapters must be requested separately).
