Panoramica

Overview

The term "wireless" indicates communication systems between electronic devices that do not use cables generally using low-power radio waves.

The WIRELESS SENSORS SYSTEM by LogicaH&S based on radiofrequency has countless advantages:

  • Total absence of connection cables, consequently it is possible to move the loads of wood or move inside the kiln without the risk of tearing the cables, eliminating the costs of damaged cables and the time necessary to restore them

  • The battery inside the transmitters is easily replaced by the user using a simple screwdriver, so there is no need to buy new transmitters when the batteries run out of charge

How does it work?

The system was designed to conduct:

  • Drying and/or heat treatment cycles through kiln dryers and LogicaH&S controllers equipped with KilnBus protocol

  • Monitoring of moisture and temperature values (for example checking the characteristics of the wood in the warehouse) using LogicaH&S PC data acquisition software

  • Drying cycles and monitoring activities through third-party systems compatible with the ModBus RTU protocol.

What is it made of?

The LogicaH&S Wireless system consists of the following parts:

  • Receiving unit

  • MoistureMouse Transmitters

  • RH/T box

  • WinDisk - RH/T anemometer

  • Antenna with stainless steel fixing support

  • Self piercing electrode kit in stainless steel

  • Stainless steel template for inserting the electrodes
